Focusing Your Passion

A customized training schedule can be an effective way to help individuals focus more on a specific class or style of martial arts. Either choosing for full time Sanda or full time Shaolin, or choose for more acrobatics to finally land that backflip you’ve always wanted.
By tailoring the schedule to their individual needs and goals, students can dedicate more time and attention to the areas they want to improve.

This could involve increasing the frequency or duration of sessions focused on that particular style, incorporating more targeted drills and exercises, and potentially reducing time spent on other less relevant training.

The schedule can also be adjusted to accommodate the student’s availability and learning preferences, ensuring the training is optimized for their progress.

Additionally, a customized schedule allows instructors to provide more personalized feedback and guidance, helping the student refine their techniques and deepen their understanding of the chosen style.
This level of focus and personalization can lead to faster skill development, increased confidence, and a greater sense of accomplishment for the student.

By creating a tailored training schedule, martial arts practitioners can maximize their time and efforts, ultimately enhancing their proficiency in the specific style they wish to excel in.
