Yu Kung Fu Schedule; Shifu focuses in each students abilities and their capacities. While you can choose in specializing in a specific area, weapon or style, Shifu’s Yu  recommendations are always on point. 

We can create a specific plan for you to dominate your choosing. With our six hours training starting at 6:00 am, you’ll get the hang of every movement, from the five basic stances in any art, to knowing how to move in the ring. 

There are classes that you are require to take, such as, Qi Gong, Conditioning, Power Stretching – Training, and Meditation.

Conditioning helps to endure your body, stretching improves your kicks; both in Shaolin and Sanda. Power training, enhances explosivity and rises  jumps which leaves your fears behind to reach a higher peak, Qi Gong and meditation help to keep your mind calm during the action so you can see yourself performing the techniques and you can develop mentally more naturally.
